Automatically splitting the bills fairly
even in complicated scenarios where house mates move in and out and bills come in spanning these periods. Housemate's Companion works out how many days each person was living in the house during the period of the bill and accordingly portions the bills.

Send information to your house mates
An itemised invoice (individualised to each house mate) can be sent (via email or print) to each person to let them know how much they have to pay for the bills and when they have to pay it by.

Track Payments
Keep track of whether each house mate is paying their share of the rent. If house mates move in or out during the rent cycle, Rent Tracker automatically calcualtes the portion of the rent that each house mate owes

Chore Rosters
Create a chore roster for household jobs. You can specify if you want to rotate the chores between house mates, then email the roster to your house mates or print it out and stick it up on the wall

Housemate's Companion has a facility to notify your landlord/real estate agent of issues in the house (leaking tap, dishwasher broken etc..) via email

A calendar where you can add events such as House inspections and see when people move in/ out have birthdays etc.
